The challenge
A public body operating at a national level wanted to capacitate their team to start using Claude for operational purposes, and to drive real adoption, so we designed a tailored program to their needs.
What we did
Keeping in mind that participants had different levels of maturity using AI tools, and Claude in particular, we proposed a program with seven modules, each one focused on different tools and functionalities of the Claude ecosystem.
The goal was to empower users to start using these tools effectively in their day-to-day tasks. For planning the program, we analyzed the context and surveyed users’ familiary with AI to personalize it as much as possible.
First, we delivered module 0 (the fundamentals of generative AI) and module 1 (Claude.ai: models, interface and prompting) in one session, so participants learned first the basics and how to prompt.
From this starting point, they were ready to familiarize themselves further with the platform. They also learned how to choose different models for specific tasks.
Then, we approached session 2, the core of this training project. It focused on applying theory on real-live exercises and consisted of the following modules:
Module 2: Projects, Workflows and Artifacts
Building persistent workspaces with instructions and sources, workflows and deliverables
Module 3: Claude Cowork
Learning how to use this agentic assistant for everyday tasks with human supervision
Module 4: Connectors, MCP and skills
Integrating Claude with other tools and building a method for the whole team
Module 5: Claude with Office
Working with Claude within the Office ecosystem
Module 6: Adoption and governance
Approaching admin, roles, privacy, limits, privacy and a roadmap for further adoption
What we achieved
Participants left with an overall understanding of how Claude works and, more importantly, with several demos and exercises that were tailored to their own use cases, enabling them to apply what they had learned in their day-to-day work.
They specially highlighted this: the applicability of what they had seen in our course. Participants also emphasized the performance of our training specialist.
This is what makes programs like this better suited for companies than a single generic session. Planification and content are tailored to the team’s needs and to the organization use cases in order to maximize AI adoption.

How to change an entire data strategy
I imagine 8wires as that sincere and honest partner that takes you out of all that noise and helps you focus on what is important, no matter how unsexy it may be, to achieve a great long-term goal.
The one who accompanies you through the hard times and helps you through the tough decisions, knowing that there is no easy road. The one who gives you the push or the tools so that you climb and be yourself the one who reaches the summits you propose in a healthy, sustainable and energetic way. And above all, the one who steps aside when he knows that he is not helping you or that he will not be able to give you what you need.
I don't know if it is helpful, but somehow I saw on the web a visual explanation of the problem in the data/technology world (I don't know if with this metaphor) before showing how it is to work with us and finally, another visual explanation of the result.

Like a bridge over troubled waters
